Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective covers are intact to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at a designated carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
